3. Vaccination Requirements: You confirm that your cat is up-to-date on vaccinations and that you have provided proof of current vaccinations as required by Healing Paws Hotel.

4. Release of Liability: I release Healing Paws Hotel at VetLand and its staff from any liability related to accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during your cat's stay. You understand that every effort will be made to ensure their safety and well-being.

5. Communication: You agree to be contacted by VetLand. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to be reachable during your cat's stay in case of emergencies or questions related to their care.

6. Photo and Video Release: You grant permission for Healing Paws Hotel at VetLand to use photos and videos of your cat for promotional or educational purposes, excluding any personally identifiable information.

7. Special Instructions: You have provided all necessary information regarding my cat's dietary needs, medications, and any special instructions required for their care. You understand that failure to provide this information may affect the quality of care provided.
